TikTok invite email not received
No invite email arrived from TikTok Business Center. Here is why it didn’t show up — wrong address, spam, or an account mismatch — and how to get it through.
When a Business Center invite email never arrives, it’s almost always one of three things: it went to an address the person doesn’t check, it was filtered into spam or a promotions tab, or the recipient is looking in the wrong inbox entirely. Confirm the exact address first — that fixes the majority of cases.
If your situation is actually …
- The link arrived but says it has expired → Invite link has expired →
- It went to the wrong address → Invite sent to the wrong email →
Symptom / cause
Match what your teammate is seeing before re-sending.
| What you’re seeing | Likely cause | What it usually means |
|---|---|---|
| Nothing in the inbox after several minutes | Spam filtering or a short delivery delay | The email may exist but be sitting in a junk or promotions folder. |
| Nothing anywhere, even after waiting | Sent to an address they don’t actually monitor | The invite reached a real inbox — just not one they open. |
| They have several email accounts and aren’t sure which to check | Address mismatch | Confirm the exact address on the pending invite and have them check that one. |
How to track down a missing invite
Two minutes of checking usually beats blindly re-sending.
Confirm the exact invited address
In Business Center → Users, find the pending invite and read the exact email it was sent to. Confirm that’s an address your teammate actually uses.
Where: business-center.tiktok.com → Users
Confirm: You know precisely which address received the invite.
Have them check spam and other inboxes
Ask the recipient to search spam, the promotions tab, and any other inbox tied to that address for an email from TikTok or Business Center.
Confirm: They either find the invite or confirm it truly never arrived.
Remove the stale entry and re-send
If it genuinely never arrived, remove the pending invite and send a fresh one to the confirmed correct address. Clearing the old entry first avoids duplicate pending invites.
Where: business-center.tiktok.com → Users
Confirm: A single fresh invite appears in the pending list.
If this fails: Invite sent to the wrong email

Access issues are easier to prevent when roles, owners, and responsibilities are recorded clearly
Most access problems trace back to the same gap — no clear record of who has access, what role they hold, and what should happen when that changes. Delvia helps you keep that record so problems are visible before they become incidents.
