Cookie Policy

Last updated 2026-06-25

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage the Delvia Content Hub uses. We keep it minimal: a couple of strictly-necessary items the site needs to work, and privacy-friendly analytics that load only if you accept them.

Consent comes first

When you first visit, we show a banner. Until you choose Accept, no analytics cookies or analytics storage are set and no analytics network request is made. If you choose Decline, analytics stay off. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

Strictly necessary (always on)

These are stored in your browser (local storage, not transmitted to a server) and are required for basic functionality, so they do not need consent:

  • delvia-consent — remembers your cookie choice (accept/decline) so we do not ask again on every page. Persists until you clear it or change your choice.
  • delvia-theme — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Persists until you clear it.

Analytics (only if you accept)

If you accept, our analytics provider (PostHog, EU Cloud) sets cookies / local storage to measure site usage in an anonymous way. These typically include a randomly-generated visitor identifier and session information used to count visits and understand navigation. They contain no name, email, or advertising identifier, and IP addresses are not stored.

  • PostHog analytics storage (e.g. a `ph_*` cookie / local-storage entry) — distinguishes visits and sessions so we can see which guides help. Set only after consent; cleared when you withdraw consent.

Changing or withdrawing consent

  • Use Cookie settings in the site footer to re-open the banner and change your choice.
  • You can also clear cookies and site data for delvia.org in your browser settings at any time.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies globally; doing so will not break this site.
