- Standard members work only on the accounts and assets they're given.
- An admin can bulk-assign permissions for multiple account and asset types at the same time.

Common mistakes
- Granting Standard when Admin is needed Standard members work only on the accounts and assets they're given. Why it happens: The role was chosen without checking what tasks the member needs.
- Forgetting Spark Ads display settings Members assigned Only show as ads cannot toggle that setting off when creating Spark Ads.Why it happens: The permission was set without reviewing its effect on ad creation.
- Missing finance role for finance tasks Advanced roles like Finance Analyst and Finance Manager are added on top of Admin access. Why it happens: A finance task is assigned without adding the Advanced role first.Already happened: If a member cannot see finance data, review roles before granting more access.
- Admin removed without a backup Admins can edit and manage all members and assets in a Business Center. Why it happens: A single admin leaves without another admin in place.
