Can't log in to TikTok Seller Center
Seller Center has its own login, separate from the TikTok app. Here is why your normal TikTok login may not work for Seller Center and how to get back in.
The most common reason people can’t log into Seller Center is simple: they’re using TikTok app credentials on a surface that has its own separate sign-in. Add region mismatches and the occasional suspended Shop, and that covers nearly every "I can’t get into Seller Center" case. The fix depends on which of those it is.
If your situation is actually …
- You can log in but can’t see or do something → Shop access not working →
- The Shop is suspended or your account is compromised → Recover a TikTok Shop account →
Why the login fails
Match what you’re seeing at the login screen.
| What you’re seeing | Likely cause | What it usually means |
|---|---|---|
| Your TikTok app credentials are rejected | Seller Center uses a separate login | Seller Center accounts are set up independently of the TikTok app account. |
| You log in but land on an empty or wrong Seller Center | Region mismatch | Seller Center is region-specific; the Shop lives under a particular region’s Seller Center. |
| Login works but the Shop shows as unavailable | The Shop is suspended or under review | This is a Shop-status problem, not a credentials one. |
How to get into Seller Center
Work through these before assuming the account is lost.
Use the Seller Center login, not the app login
Open Seller Center directly and sign in with the credentials set up for the Shop. If you’ve only ever logged into the TikTok app, you may need the email/phone the Shop was registered with, and to reset that password through Seller Center’s own recovery.
Where: TikTok Shop Seller Center
Confirm: You reach the Seller Center dashboard.
Confirm the correct region
If you log in but the Shop isn’t there, confirm you’re on the right region’s Seller Center. A Shop registered in one region won’t appear in another.
Confirm: The Shop appears once you’re on the correct region.
Check whether the Shop is suspended
If you can sign in but the Shop is flagged or unavailable, this isn’t a login problem — it’s Shop status, which is handled through recovery.
If this fails: Recover a TikTok Shop account

Access issues are easier to prevent when roles, owners, and responsibilities are recorded clearly
Most access problems trace back to the same gap — no clear record of who has access, what role they hold, and what should happen when that changes. Delvia helps you keep that record so problems are visible before they become incidents.
