Can't Remove Last Super Admin or Billing Admin on LinkedIn

LinkedIn blocks removal of the last super admin or billing admin because at least one must always remain.

Is this your situation?

You try to remove someone's access and the Remove or Delete action will not go through.

The short answer

This is expected: every LinkedIn Page must have at least one super admin, and every ad account must have a billing admin. If the person is the last super admin, you must assign another super admin before removing their role. If the person is the billing admin, another billing admin must be added first.
