The short answer

- Confirm you have full control You need full control to remove someone else's access to the Page.Verify: Check your own access level for the Page in Settings.
- Identify the person to remove You want to remove a specific person's access before starting.Verify: Check the People list for the exact name of the person.

Common mistakes

- Leaving inactive people in the portfolio Inactive people who no longer need access to any business assets should be removed from the business portfolio for security reasons. Why it happens: You remove someone from a Page and move on without checking the wider business portfolio.Already happened: If someone retained access you did not expect, audit who has access to the Page and portfolio.
- Not having full control of the Page A person must have full control to remove someone else's access to a Page. Why it happens: You try to remove someone while only having partial access to the Page.
