Twitch Editor or Moderator Permissions Not Working After Invite

An added Editor, Lead Moderator, or Business Manager often needs one more step before access actually works.

Is this your situation?

You added someone as an Editor, Lead Moderator, or Business Manager, and they say they still cannot see or do things. You expect the access to work right away but the person says nothing has changed.

The short answer

The Roles Manager shows a list of all individuals who currently have a role on the channel. After a channel owner confirms and adds the Business Manager role, the Business Manager must accept before being granted enhanced access to the channel. Editors can access a channel's dashboard and help creators manage their channel.
