How to Add an Agency to Your TikTok Business Center
Bring an agency in as a Partner so they can work on your assets without taking your login — and you can revoke it in one move. Here is how.
The safe way to let an agency run your TikTok is to add their Business Center as a Partner of yours, then share specific assets with them. Their team works through their own Business Center; you keep ownership of your accounts and ad accounts, and you can end the partnership without changing a single password. The opposite — letting the agency’s Business Center own your assets — is the setup that goes wrong later.

Before you start
You have your own Business Center that owns your assets
Partner sharing works from your Business Center outward. If the agency owns your assets, fix that first.
The agency’s Business Center ID
You connect to their Business Center as a partner, so you need their ID, which they can provide.
You are an Admin
Only an Admin can add partners and share assets.
Add an agency as a partner
Open the Partners area
In your Business Center, go to the Partners section.
Where: business-center.tiktok.com → Partners
Add the agency by their Business Center ID
Add a partner using the agency’s Business Center ID, which sends them a request to confirm.
Where: business-center.tiktok.com → Partners → add partner
Share only the assets they need
Choose which TikTok accounts and ad accounts to share with the partner, and at what access level — not your whole Business Center.
Confirm: The shared assets appear under the partner with their access level.
Confirm the partnership
The agency accepts the partner request and confirms they can see the shared assets from their side.
Common mistakes
Letting the agency own your assets
If their Business Center holds your ad account or Shop, they control it and you depend on them to get it back.
Why it happens: It is faster to let the agency set things up under their own roof.

Sharing more than the engagement needs
Sharing every asset with the partner widens the risk if their side is compromised.
Why it happens: Sharing everything is quicker than per-asset sharing.

Access issues are easier to prevent when roles, owners, and responsibilities are recorded clearly
Most access problems trace back to the same gap — no clear record of who has access, what role they hold, and what should happen when that changes. Delvia helps you keep that record so problems are visible before they become incidents.
