Troubleshooting
LinkedIn Page Admin Access Request Not Approved
Weeks of waiting on a pending request usually means a super admin has not acted yet, not that LinkedIn lost it.
Is this your situation?
You requested admin access to a LinkedIn Page weeks ago and still have no access. You want to know whether the request is stuck or unanswered.
The short answer
If the Page is actively managed, current super admins must review and approve a request before you gain access. You receive confirmation in your Notifications tab only once an admin has assigned you access. If you have submitted a request for admin access but have not received a response, you can contact LinkedIn support.
What you see, and why
| Symptom | Cause |
|---|---|
| No notification has arrived about your request. | The existing admins have not accepted the request. |
| You see no option to manage the Page at all. | A member must request admin access or be granted access by an existing admin to become one. |
| Your access request seems to sit without a response. | Super admins must review and approve a request before you gain access when the Page is actively managed. |
| Support has not told you who the admins are. | LinkedIn customer support cannot provide admin information to members or employees of the Page. |
