Where did Business Settings go in Business Suite?

Business Settings did not disappear: Meta Business Suite now holds the same controls under a new path called Settings.

Is this your situation?

You used to find Business Settings in Business Manager, and now you cannot locate that name anywhere. You want to know where the people, asset and permission controls moved to.

What it is

A business portfolio brings a business's Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and other business assets together in one place. That portfolio is managed through business tools such as Meta Business Suite. Inside Meta Business Suite, Settings is where you go to add people to the portfolio. To add people to a business portfolio, you go to Settings in Meta Business Suite for the business portfolio. From there, clicking People in the left menu is part of adding people to the portfolio.

How Facebook handles this

  • A business portfolio allows organizations to bring together Pages, Instagram accounts and other business assets so they can manage them in one place.
  • A business portfolio allows organizations to manage the access and permissions of people who work on business assets.
  • In Meta Business Suite Settings, clicking People in the left menu is part of adding people to a business portfolio.
  • If the People menu is not visible, the user may not have full control of the business portfolio.
  • To add people to a business portfolio, you go to Settings in Meta Business Suite for the business portfolio.

Keeping track of who has access

Confusion about where a control moved builds when a workspace gets renamed and the old path stops making sense. Delvia keeps a plain record of who holds access to your Pages and assets, wherever the interface names it.
