Where did Business Settings go in Business Suite?

Meta folded the old standalone Business Settings into Business Suite. Here is where permissions, partners, and asset ownership actually live now.

If you remember a separate "Business Settings" page and cannot find it any more, you are not imagining it — Meta moved it. The controls for permissions, partners, and asset ownership now live inside Meta Business Suite, under Settings. Nothing was removed; it was relocated into the dashboard you already use.

If your situation is actually …

Where each control lives now

Open Meta Business Suite and go to Settings. From there you reach the portfolio controls: People (your team and their roles), Partners (agencies and other businesses you share assets with), and the asset lists — Pages, Ad accounts, and Datasets — where ownership and assignment are managed.

To grant Page access specifically, you can also work from the Page itself: Page → Settings → New Pages experience → Page access, where Full control and Task access are assigned. For business-wide setups — assigning assets to portfolio members or partners — the Settings area in Business Suite is the place.

The key idea: "Business Settings" is no longer a separate destination. It is a section of Business Suite, so everything is reached through the same window where you post and reply.

Access issues are easier to prevent when roles, owners, and responsibilities are recorded clearly

Most access problems trace back to the same gap — no clear record of who has access, what role they hold, and what should happen when that changes. Delvia helps you keep that record so problems are visible before they become incidents.

Delvia is free on iPhone and Android. Keep a clear record of who has access to your accounts — and what to do when that changes — wherever you are.
