1. Does your account settings show General TikTok Account? Business Page is not available for this account type.

Step by step: finding the cause

1. Open your account type setting. To change account type, tap Profile at the bottom of the TikTok app.Confirm: Check the account settings screen for the current account type shown.
2. Identify your current entitlement level. Entitlement levels are General TikTok Account, Advanced Access, or Verified Business Account.Confirm: Check which of the three levels is listed for your account.
3. Check for a verification prompt. Look for the prompt or banner about business verification and tap Verify.Confirm: Check your profile for a verification banner.
