How to Recover a Discord Account Without Email or Phone Access
Losing your email does not mean losing your account, but the order of steps matters.

Do this first
Do not create a new account. Check whether you are logged into Discord on another device or browser to find your email address. If a phone number is tied to the account, log in using that phone number through the login page instead of the email address.
